Round Two

We had another chance to take Tate to another Monster Truck Show in February. Monster Jam came to the Energy Solutions Arena and we just had to take him again. This time Aunt Kenz was able to come with us and Tate loved it more than the last one. Of course we hit up PF Changs first, which Tate was not happy about. He just wanted to get to the show. There were lots of trucks and Mr. & Mrs. Dynamite. Colby and Jason said that the Dynamite couple were worth the price of admission alone. He climbed inside a box and blew himself up and she was launched out of a cannon across the arena and landed in a net. In one picture below you can see her in the top left corner as she sailed through the air. Tate still talks about her.

After the show we made a stop at the famous Nielsen's for concrete and everyone loved it! While we were waiting for our ice cream Jason and Colby were teaching Tate some silly things with his hands. He is the cutest!

The we hurried back to Smithfield for the Vistaun review. Alyson has been the assistant coach this year with her sister Brit being the coach. The Vistauns went to State for the first time in 10 years! If you have ever been to a drill competition or review you know the music is so loud. Tate kept asking for his "ears" that he wore at the truck show. They were in the car but I still had the ear plugs in my purse so I put those in his ears. I don't know why that picture out of all of them is so blurry but it was too cute not to post. The girls were escorted by their Fathers and then they gave Alyson and Brit flowers.

It was a great Saturday, hanging with my favorite people!
