Immediately Might Mean Next Week?

The excuse (scratch that) the reason that Tuesday night did not find me at the gym was a really good one! Veronica called me at work and asked me "If she could get her W2" which made me laugh really hard which I needed after this month of W2 calls, and then she asked if I wanted to go to dinner because she was up here visiting her family,so dinner at Firehouse with V, Kenz, Max and Grace by far won out over the gym. I told her she would be my Tuesday reason why "immediately" got postponed again. I have not seen her kids since before Christmas so I tried to snap a few pics with the Blackberry and this is what I came up with. Grace was seriously so busy and in almost every pic she was a BLUR of ENERGY! Max (totally is a McBride, looks just like Patch) was so content to just sit in his chair, smile and let Kenz and I hold him. He is the sweetest baby ever! (I can say that because OUR baby is not here yet) :)

Goal Call Monday...

I am sure that you all saw the previous post about "wedding preparations" needing to begin IMMEDIATELY and today was going to be IMMEDIATELY, however for those of you who work in HR or Accounting then you know that January 31st is a very important deadline and I have had at least 6 or more phone calls/emails/IM's on a daily basis since January 2nd about this deadline. (In a whiney voice) "Have our W2's been mailed out yet?" Today was the day that we formatted, printed, stuffed W2's in their envelopes, stamped said envelopes and at 5:26 this afternoon I did indeed drop 130 W2's in the mail! So now IMMEDIATELY is tomorrow!
I found this cute little GOOGLE image that says Goal Call Monday so from here until the wedding (possibly longer) Mondays will now be known as Goal Call Mondays! This will be where I will post my goals for the week, whether they are work goals, family goals or personal goals.Please,Please, Please hold me accountable no matter how big or small the goal is! I'm just sayin'!

What Better to do after you get Engaged?

Well,you go see Bride Wars, of course,with your future mother, sister and father in-law! I know this movie has gotten some horrible reviews but for us, on this special night it was fun,it was predictable,there are so many funny parts, we all laughed a lot and on the Eagar/Croft movie rating scale we give it 2 thumbs up!

Who waited in the never ending line for 3 hours to see Body Worlds 3 in SLC last weekend! TO be fair it was the last Saturday of the exhibit and yes they were sold out every half hour (200 people per half hour) until 2 a.m. but still... We all lost patience but the actual exhibit was so good! After we all went to The Gateway and ate dinner at Thaifoon!

I think I need one of these, and one of these....

Kenzie says, NO, NO, NO WAY! I maybe can get the book but she has veto'd ALL of the T-shirts, Hoodies, any form of apparel that has anything on them, with cute First Time Grandma slogans or sayings! Now, I wonder what she will say in oh about 10 years when she has her first baby and if I will be "allowed" to wear anything like this then.

PS- These articles of clothing would only be worn for photo purposes,around my house, maybe to the hospital but not out to the mall with Kenz and her friends, UNLESS she was due a payback for some random act of teenage behavior, and then I would seriously see if I could find a shirt that has flashing lights or talks to you! Hey, Kenz wanna go shopping?

Oh Diet Coke, what have you done to yourself-

Yes, I am doing well on the No Coke project that I started 16 days ago. (Not Perfect, don't tell Andy) but not very very well. My mom keeps asking me why I would want to do that, and honestly I can't think of a really good reason...

Now, the cupcakes on the other hand are probably really good! (I'm thinking Weight Watchers recipe- Chocolate Cake Mix and a can of Diet Coke! Those of you who have tried this will agree with me.)

Okay, this one is just GROSS! Diet Coke with BACON. There is nothing else to say!

Ahh, and who wouldn't want a Diet Coke charm bracelet, I am assuming made from actual Diet Coke cans.
